这里的“重新注册设备”并不是重装手机或 Windows，也不是重新注册 Microsoft 帐户，而是让当前手机上的 Microsoft Authenticator 重新与您的个人 Microsoft 帐户建立推送通知绑定
请打开 Authenticator，点击“+”→“个人 Microsoft 帐户”→使用您的 Microsoft 帐户和密码登录并按提示完成。之后登录时，Authenticator 才可以收到“批准/拒绝”的推送通知。
