I’ve found that the Xbox Account Safety Team does not comprehensively review all your supporting materials. They only look at what you enter on the account‑recovery form, even if you upload screenshots and screen recordings.

I would like to know whether there is a way to file a formal complaint against the Xbox Account Safety Team or get in direct contact with them. I am stuck in a loop: submit an appeal → receive a reply → fail ownership verification, over and over again.

If I can pass ownership verification, I will be able to proceed via the ACSR form directly.
