前一个小时我因Minecraft游戏账号丢失问题联系过microsoft客服，你们的客服让我去找majong客服提供成功迁移凭证以及购买记录，我提供后他们说账户迁移通道已关闭，无法迁移。但我很确定我的游戏账户已成功迁移到了microsoft，我再次联系microsoft客服，因为我这账户曾经被盗过，所以客服让我把问题以邮件回复的方式发送给当时给我发账户恢复邮件的邮箱，但我发两次都发送失败所以我只能发在这里。我在账号恢复访问时，Minecraft的授权并未被转让。我可以提供所有截图证据证明我的账户，还需其他证据请和我说明

about an hour ago I contacted Microsoft support about my lost Minecraft account. Your team told me to reach out to Mojang support and provide proof of successful migration and purchase records. I did that, but they said the migration channel is now closed and they can’t migrate it anymore. However, I’m absolutely sure my account was successfully migrated to Microsoft. So I contacted Microsoft support again, and since my account had been stolen before, the agent told me to reply to the email address that originally sent me the account recovery email. But I tried sending it twice, and both attempts failed, so I’m posting it here instead. When I recovered access to my account, the Minecraft license wasn’t transferred to anyone else. I can provide all the screenshots as proof of ownership. If you need any other evidence, please let me know.
