Do you have ExplorerPatcher or any other third-party app installed that modifies the taskbar? You're using Windows 11, but your taskbar appears to have been modified to look more like the Windows 10 taskbar. That could be what's causing the icons to remain stuck on the left, as you're not using the default Windows 11 taskbar.
