您好 Sijie Liang,
另一份转储文件显示为 DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (0x133),不过其调用栈同样指向 nvlddmkm.sys,即 NVIDIA 显示驱动程序。
- BIOS/UEFI
- NVIDIA Overlay(游戏覆盖层)
- NVIDIA App Overlay
- Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling(硬件加速 GPU 计划)

Dear Sijie Liang,
Thank you for sharing the detailed symptom description and the dump files.
I have reviewed the uploaded dump files. Based on the current dump analysis, two of the dump files show VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (0x116), which indicates that Windows attempted to reset the display driver after a GPU/display timeout, but the recovery did not complete successfully. The remaining dump shows DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (0x133); however, the stack also points to nvlddmkm.sys, which is the NVIDIA display driver.
Therefore, based on the available dump evidence, the issue appears to be related to the NVIDIA display driver / GPU display stack rather than a general application-level issue. This also aligns with the symptoms you described, especially that the issue occurs during sleep/wake, after plugging in power, with an external monitor connected, and while using discrete GPU direct connection mode.
As the next step, we recommend the following actions:
- Perform a clean reinstall of the NVIDIA graphics driver.
- If possible, please uninstall the current NVIDIA driver completely, then install the latest graphics driver provided by Mechrevo for this exact laptop model.
- If the OEM driver is not available or does not resolve the issue, please also test with a different NVIDIA driver version, such as the latest stable NVIDIA driver or one earlier version than the current 591.74 driver.
- Update the laptop BIOS/UEFI firmware, AMD chipset driver, and any Mechrevo system control / power management firmware or utility to the latest version provided by the OEM.
- Temporarily switch from discrete GPU direct connection mode back to hybrid graphics mode and monitor whether the crash still occurs. Since you mentioned the issue did not seem to occur in hybrid mode previously, this comparison will be useful to confirm whether the issue is specific to the discrete GPU direct-output path.
- For isolation testing, please also test without the external monitor connected. If the system is stable without the external display, please reconnect the external monitor and confirm whether the issue reappears.
- Temporarily disable NVIDIA overlay / NVIDIA App overlay, Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling, and any third-party GPU tuning or overclocking utilities during testing.
If the issue still persists after the above steps, we recommend collecting a kernel or complete memory dump during the next crash, as minidumps may not contain enough information for deeper GPU/DPC analysis. At that stage, it may also be necessary to involve Mechrevo or NVIDIA support to validate the graphics firmware, power management behavior, and possible GPU hardware stability.
Hope you found something helpful here. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
