Cannot create VS Code Marketplace publisher - Create button not responding

Hello, I'm trying to create a publisher account on the VS Code Marketplace to publish my extension, but the "Create" button does not respond at all after filling in the required Name and ID fields. What I've tried so far: - Used multiple different publisher IDs (e.g., cuicuihuang-dev, hccmlmxn-dev-2026), all following the lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens format. - Tried different browsers including Edge, Chrome, both in normal and incognito modes. - Left all optional fields (description, logo, website, etc.) blank, only filling the two required fields. - Disabled all browser extensions and proxies to rule out interference. The button remains unresponsive and no error messages are shown, so I cannot proceed with publisher creation.
