Urgent: Site De-indexed after TDK Update - No Response to Support Ticket for 16 Days (Google ranking normal)

Recently, we conducted a standard SEO optimization to improve user experience, which included updating our TDK (Title, Description, Keywords) and refreshing some content. Right after these changes, our site completely dropped out of Bing search results.

Here are the key facts regarding our situation:

Google and Baidu are completely normal: Our indexing and rankings on Google and Baidu have remained stable and healthy after the update. We strictly follow white-hat SEO guidelines, which leads me to suspect this might be an algorithmic false positive or a "soft penalty" from Bing's system due to the sudden site-wide changes.

No BWT Warnings: There are no security, malware, or manual penalty warnings in our Bing Webmaster Tools dashboard.

No Support Response: I submitted a support ticket through Bing Webmaster Tools on May 9th (Ticket ID: REQ00222971). It has been 16 days, and I have not received any email response. I also tried reaching out via Twitter (@BingWMC) but had no luck.

We highly value the traffic and users from Bing. Could any MVP or Microsoft staff here kindly help escalate my ticket or take a quick look at my site? If there is any unintentional violation of Bing's guidelines, please point it out, and we are ready to fix it immediately.
