What are the update points for Windows Media Player (11.2603.12.0)?

I updated my built-in media player to 11.2603.12.0 through the Microsoft Store two days ago and found that when playing videos, you can pause/resume playback by clicking on the screen.

Another function is that dragging the video frame can achieve video fast forward and rewind, but why do I drag to the right to rewind and drag to the left to fast forward? This is exactly opposite to my daily usage habits.

Two questions:

(1) Where can I find the update logs for this version?

(2) Dragging to the right is rewind, and dragging to the left is fast forward. For me (a Chinese user), this is exactly the opposite of my usage habits. Is this a design error?
