this forum is dedicated to problems with Outlook for iOS. Mail not reaching your Inbox is an account problem, not an Outlook mobile problem. There is a separate forum for Outlook account problems. Does your account end in a Microsoft domain like Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Hotmail.cn or another Microsoft domain? If not, you should access your mailbox with a web browser and look for help with your mail provider. If your address does use a Microsoft domain, then use the Help feature within Outlook for iOS to contact Microsoft directly to tell them of the problem. The Help feature is at the lower left when you tap the Home icon at the top left.

2，登录网页版邮箱，在这里检查过垃圾邮件文件夹 和 规则 了吗？是在这里，将tiktok加入“安全发件人和域” 清单了？
