Cannot sign in Microsoft account to sync settings within Visual Studio Code

For about a half month, any attempt to sign in Microsoft account to sync settings within Visual Studio Code is failed. An error code 0xCAA80000 seems related to connection error is recorded as follows. I am puzzle with this cause I can sign in MS account on my PC, web, as well as MS 365 Desktop. Why? And what can I do with this?
