I am reporting a critical sync failure in Microsoft Edge that prevents Copilot from maintaining a persistent session. Despite checking "Keep me signed in," I am forced to manually log in every time the browser restarts.

Diagnostic Evidence (edge://sync-internals):

• MSA Account Key Status: Shows "Download Key Result: Fail".

Transport State: Stuck in "Initializing" or unstable "Active" mode.

Type Info: All sync categories (Bookmarks, Passwords, etc.) are in the "Not Running" state.
