SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services when reports are viewed in a browser. SSRS does not directly access or list LAN printers. When you click Print, SSRS renders the report as a PDF, and the browser or PDF viewer handles the actual printing. Because of this, SSRS itself will not show physical printers, even though Windows and IE can see them.
To print, you need to export the report to PDF and then print it using the OS print dialog, or use a browser with a built‑in PDF viewer (like Edge or Chrome). Direct printer selection from SSRS reports in the browser is not supported by design in SQL Server 2012.
