我使用的Mac版Excel没有新版线程批注功能，但Excel版本是2024版，同事发来的含线程批注的工作簿也只能显示“您的Excel版本可读取“，但查看不了具体内容，该如何解决？截屏2026-01-01 15.20.48

You are on Excel for Mac with the Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024 license.

LTSC is a fixed feature set and does not include the modern threaded comments experience that Microsoft ships with Microsoft 365 editions. That is why your colleague's threaded comments show the placeholder message and you cannot open the conversation.

The way to read and reply right now is to open the workbook in Excel for the web. Save or upload the file to OneDrive or SharePoint, open it in your browser with Excel for the web, then use Review > Comments to view and respond to the threads. Excel for the web fully supports threaded comments, so you will see the entire conversation and can reply.
