The error code 30033‑44 typically occurs due to interference from antivirus/firewall, corrupted installation files, or leftover components from previous Office versions.

Please note the following important information:

End of Support for Office 2013

Microsoft ended support for Office 2013 on April 11, 2023. This means:

No more security updates or technical support.
Continued use may expose your system to security vulnerabilities.
Microsoft recommends upgrading to Microsoft 365 Apps for ongoing security and feature updates.

In the meantime, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart Your Computer

Close all applications and restart your PC to clear any temporary issues.

Temporarily Disable Antivirus and Firewall

Turn off real-time protection in your antivirus software.
Disable Windows Firewall or any third-party firewall.
Important: Re-enable these after installation is complete.

Uninstall and reinstall Office

Uninstall Office: Manually uninstall Office - Microsoft Support
Install Office 2013: Install Office 2013 - Microsoft Support

Remove Previous Office Versions

Go to Settings > Apps & Features.
Uninstall any existing Office installations.
Delete any leftover folders. They are usually located in:

I deleted Microsoft Office 15 file under Program files, and tried to install the .exe file Setup.X64.en_us_ProPlus Retail.

New Error came up: Error code 1715-4

May I ask where you download your .exe file and how did you purchase your subscription (directly from Microsoft or through a partner/reseller)?

If you purchase the subscription from a partner/reseller, you can try to contact them for help with installing your office 2013.

I purchased the Office 2013 Pro Plus from a program that my former employer attended. I do NOT know whether the program still exist or not

Thank you, what made it more complicated, maybe, is that I subscribed with the program by my gmail address, which was cancelled or deleted by Google months ago for my months, maybe years of not logging in...........

Thanks for your additional information. I understand this makes things more complicated since your subscription was linked to a Gmail account that has been deleted after a long period of inactivity. Unfortunately, when an account is permanently deleted, we have no way to recover it or transfer the subscription.

Because Office 2013 is no longer supported, the best option is to upgrade to a current Microsoft subscription such as Microsoft 365, which include ongoing updates and support. If you have another active Microsoft account, please use that account to purchase the subscription. If the previous account is gone, you’ll need to create a new one to proceed.

In the meantime, if possible, please try to contact the previous owner of the subscription for assistance. They may be able to help if the subscription is still associated with their account.
