I am seeking a laptop with functionality similar to the Surface Book 3, particularly one that supports a 360° screen rotation. Could you recommend any current models that are still in production?

Microsoft no longer offers a device with a full 360° hinge, so to meet your requirement you’ll need to consider other brands. Two options that are still in production and known for their 360° convertible design are Lenovo Yoga series (Yoga 9i or Yoga 7i) and HP Spectre x360. These product lines are designed for both laptop and tablet use and offer the flexibility you need.
