I can't search any communities on Teams. Is there anyone who can help me? Many of my colleagues have been experiencing this problem.
在 Microsoft Teams 免费版中使用搜索工具查找消息、文件和用户
Hello
Can you be more specific please?
Are you saying you don't see the communities option at all in your Teams?
Or, are you saying you cannot search content inside community?
Or, are you tryng to looking up a specific community and cannot find it?
I can only join the community by using the link shared by others. I simply can't find any community through keyword search. It indicates that no content can be found during the search.
I see what you mean now. I actually have the same issue, so I don't think the issue is on your end, but looks like it might be disabled on Microsoft's side for whatever reason.
So what should I do? Should I send an email to the official Microsoft?
I actually learned that this is intentional. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/features-that-are-no-longer-available-in-microsoft-teams-free-9be940db-3045-4c4a-95b6-05afd34333eb#:~:text=Play%20Together:%20%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8B%E2%80%8BA%20feature%20where%20you%20could,to%20set%20themselves%20as%20public%20and%20searchable.
