excel出现无法打印后，无法关闭excel,，需要终止服务，就是无法打印excel。

Hi,

Since Excel freezes only when printing and must be closed through Task Manager, while Word and PDF print fine, the issue is likely between Excel and the printer driver rather than the printer itself. If it still freezes, stop the Print Spooler service, delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, and restart the service to clear print cache. Then, update or switch your KONICA MINOLTA printer driver (try the PS version instead of PCL). To confirm Excel itself works, try printing to Microsoft Print to PDF, if that works, the issue is with the printer driver. If not, run an Office Quick Repair to restore Excel’s printing components.
