win10 22H2 开始菜单中，电源选项菜单显示异常。

在今年上半年某次更新后，我的开始菜单的电源选项就如附图所示，在重启键的下方出现了一个空白的区域。在我经过多次重启设备、重新安装操作系统后，该问题依旧存在，并且能在 hyper-v 虚拟机中稳定复现。 PS:我使用的是从微软官方下载的Windows镜像。

After a certain update in the first half of this year, the Power Options in my Start Menu, as shown in the attached image, has had a blank area appearing right below the Restart button. I have restarted the device multiple times and reinstalled the operating system, but the issue still persists. Moreover, this problem can be stably reproduced in the Hyper-V virtual machine. PS: I am using a Windows image downloaded from the official Microsoft source.
