Hi Joyce, I understand your concern. Did you use Skype for Business or personal Skype?

Skype personal info can’t sync directly with Microsoft Teams. Only Skype for Business accounts linked to Microsoft 365 can transfer data to Teams. If your work used Skype for Business, sign in to Teams with the same work account.
