Thank you for posting to the Microsoft community.
To be able to sign in using an Enterprise Edition account, you need to have an appropriate Microsoft 365 enterprise level subscription that includes Teams. You must have one of the following Microsoft 365 enterprise licenses that include Teams such as Microsoft 365 E1, Microsoft 365 E3, Microsoft 365 E5 or Business Premium subscription plans. These subscription grant you access to Teams full range of features, including mobile sign-in. All these plans include Microsoft Trams, Exchange, cloud storage (OneDrive) and other services.
You can use Teams on Android or iOS with full functionality if your account is assigned one of the above licenses. No extra license is needed specifically for mobile use. It just checks that your Microsoft account has a valid Teams-enabled subscription.
