Hello, here’s my issue:

I’m forced to use Microsoft Authenticator to verify to login to my school’s accounts. I switched a new phone mid session, and no longer have access to my older phone which was capable of receiving the authentication message. Now my new phone’s authenticator has my school’s account on, yet is unable to receive the login messages. When I try to create a password on authenticator to replace the message receiving process, it tells me that I have to verify with the code from a message… So, to receive the code, I’ll need to login with the code… which I can’t receive… Online chat support can’t solve this issue so please someone help… It’s urgent I have homework deadline awaiting. Thank You
