在使用Authenticator时只能获得8位代码，而需要登录的网站要求输入6位代码

您好，我在先前使用Microsoft Authenticator时，APP中显示的代码确实是六位数字。但当我于上个月更换手机并再次使用Authenticator时，APP提示我并没有绑定账号，在我输入微软账号密码后，Authenticator显示的代码变成了8位。

在登录SharePoint时，系统仍要求我输入在验证器上显示的6位代码，这导致我没有办法用现在的Authenticator APP登录该平台。

截至目前我已经尝试过以下解决办法，均无法解决问题：

① 卸载Authenticator并重新安装及绑定（依然显示8位代码）；

② 于微软安全中心删除Authenticator验证登录方式，而后重新扫码，将账户添加至Authenticator中（系统提示QR码已过期，请使用账号密码添加，使用账号密码则重复问题①）；

③ 联系SharePoint所有者的IT部门，令其刷新登录选项（对方表示其平台对登录方式无要求，为微软的后台设置）；

④ 更换由谷歌开发的Authenticator，该APP可以在微软的安全中心成功绑定，绑定后确实显示6位代码，但将该代码输入SharePoint系统则显示“没有输入预期的代码”。

由于我近期急需使用SharePoint平台向合作单位分享文件，烦请根据以上描述，尽快协助我解决该问题。非常感谢。

I guess you need to contact Microsoft data protection team, they might be able to reset it. Better contact the support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus

感谢帮助，我通过您分享的经验总结文档，确实成功绑定了Microsoft Authenticator，同时APP中可以显示出6位数字代码。但是当我将这个6位代码输入SharePoint登录页面的对话框时，系统还是提示“未输入预期的验证码”。。
