在联机服务中心查询到一台surface book2的设备状态是Scrap，而其他机器是Active，这两者是什么意思？

1.    Please make sure you are signed into your Microsoft Account when you go to that page above, then click Contact Support.

2.    A new window will pop-up showing the Microsoft Virtual Agent.

3.    Type Device statusthen press Enter.

4.    In the responses, click Noor None of the above until you get to another response that gives you an option to Talk to a person.

5.    Once you click Talk to a person, select Surface when asked for your product and hit Next.

6.    Select Warranty and service when asked for the issue and click Next.

7.    Still click on Next button when asked for a bit more info.

8.    You will be asked to register your Surface Book 2 (if not yet registered) or choose it (if already registered). 

9.    Kindly wait so that you will see an option for a callback. You may choose theChat option if available.

10.  Enter your phone number and confirm it.

11.  You should see a confirmation that your scheduled callback has been successful and a call will be made within the expected timeframe.

美国人首先标记为不可回复状态，这涉密吗？又是删除帖子，又是不可回复。他说的这些冠冕堂皇的步骤，实际鸟用，因为问了support，她们甚至看不到设备状态是否是active或者是scrap，只能看到是否在保，只有在维修中心用维修人员的账号才能看到其他信息，说明有内部人把这类报废的机器拿出来卖，再喷一下咸鱼，ceo在外面w小sang，里面就藏污纳垢让这么多人卖这类货，还不肯追究，说是私人交易，那为什么用芝麻信誉标注信誉极高，引人上当，后来才注意到这人注册了好几个账户，都是卖这类产品，消费委会不管，公安不管，咸鱼不管，chao，要微软说清楚，结果删帖禁止回复，想打官司让这类商场败类露原型都不可能，咸鱼****吧！希望国产软件替代窗口！
