Content: When using the Azure Spot Placement Recommender API, I noticed a significant discrepancy in the results when the parameter availabilityZone is set to True compared to when it is set to False.

Process: Under the same conditions for region, instanceType, and Desired_count, the results vary greatly depending on whether availabilityZone is True or False.

Question:

I would like to understand why there is such a difference. Could this be a bug?
What is the concept of AvailabilityZone values 1, 2, and 3 in the returned results?
