yaklaşık 1 hafta önce telefon numaramı değiştirdim ve yeni bilgisayarımda microsoft hesabıma girmek istedim fakat microsoftta kullandığım mail çok eski ve şifresini unuttum telefon numaram değiştiği için kurtarma e postama da giriş yapamıyorum microsoft hesap kurtarma seçeneklerindeki tüm bilgileri doğru girmeme rağmen eski şifrelerim skype adım ve 3 arkadaşımın isimleri vs. halen daha yeterli olmadığını söylüyor o hesaba girmem şart ve işin garibi microsoftta kullandığım maile erişimim var (google için olan şifre farklı) o maile bir şekilde bi kod vs. göndedremez miyim çünkü ne numaramı nede kurtarma e postamı değiştiremiyorum

Hello,

It appears that you no longer have access to the recovery email address associated with your primary account because you don't have the phone number required to sign in to that recovery email account and view the verification code.

So, instead of changing the security verification method (Phone Number) on your recovery email, you can try changing the recovery email address for your Primary account, as you still have access to it, and you can fill in all the requested details in the Recovery form.

The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft. Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. As you still have access to this account, there is more chance that your recovery form will be accepted than your older recovery email address.

Note:

If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.
