PS5 SONY HESAP FORZA HORIZON ACCOUNT PROBLEM

Hello, I am writing to you from Türkiye. My Sony account is set up as ******@gmail.com and my Microsoft account is ******@hotmail.com, but I cannot access the game. Two-step verification is enabled, I can see the game, everything is up to date, and I am not using a VPN. Both the game and the PS5 are fully updated.
