Dear Microsoft Teams Support,

I recently updated my profile photo in Microsoft Teams, but other participants still see my old photo during meetings.

Could you please help resolve this issue so that my updated photo is visible to other users? I have attached my new photo for reference.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards, [Moderator note: personal info removed]

As your issue description is primarily written in English, I will provide my response in English for your convenience. Please feel free to let me know if you would prefer the information in another language.

    Hi Salih,

If your updated photo is already visible in Teams and Microsoft 365 on your side, but other participants continue to see the old photo during meetings, the change may not have fully synchronized across Microsoft 365 services yet.

Please allow some additional time for synchronization. Participants may also need to restart Teams to refresh cached profile information.

If the issue persists, your Microsoft 365 administrator may wish to confirm that the new photo has been updated in Microsoft 365 admin center / Microsoft Entra admin center.

Please also keep in mind that this is a user-to-user support forum. Members here can only share suggestions and troubleshooting steps based on their experience. We do not have access to your Microsoft 365 tenant and cannot verify or manage synchronization on the backend.

If you are unsure who your IT administrator is, you can refer to this official Microsoft guide for assistance: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

If the updated photo is already reflected in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra, the change may still be propagating across Microsoft 365 services and Teams clients.

If other participants continue to see the previous photo after that period, you may wish to ask them to restart Teams and check again.

Additionally, your admin may help update the profile photo for you in Microsoft 365 admin center> Users > Active users > select your account > select Change photo.

I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.
