Hi engin çiçek,

Thank you for the screenshots. I can see that SetupComplete.cmd starts, but Windows reports that it cannot find the specified path or files.

The script is trying to run the installers from: C:\Windows\Setup\Files

Please check whether Setup1.exe, Setup2.exe and the other installer files are present in that folder. On the installation media, these files should be placed under: sources$OEM$$\Setup\Files

Please share a screenshot showing that folder’s contents and confirm which edition of Windows 11 you are installing. Before posting, remove any product keys, passwords or personal information.

Hi engin çiçek,

Thank you for the screenshot. The WinRAR.exe file shown is a 1 KB shortcut, not the actual installer, so Windows Setup cannot run it.

Please replace the shortcut with the full installer in:

sources$OEM$$\Setup\Files

Also make sure the filename in SetupComplete.cmd exactly matches the installer’s filename. Please clarify what you mean by “I can't employ a master” and let me know which Windows 11 edition you are installing.

Master, 7zip is giving this error. I want to add a folder to the install.wim file.

Thank you for the screenshot. The “Not implemented” error appears because 7-Zip cannot directly add a folder to install.wim. You will need to mount the image with DISM, copy the folder into the mounted image and then save the changes.

First, back up the original install.wim. Create an empty folder named C:\Mount, then open Command Prompt as administrator.

Check which Windows editions and indexes are included in the image:

DISM /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:"C:\Path\To\sources\install.wim"

Note the index for the Windows edition you want to modify. Then mount that index:

DISM /Mount-Image /ImageFile:"C:\Path\To\sources\install.wim" /Index:1 /MountDir:"C:\Mount"

Replace the example WIM path with the actual path and /Index:1 with the correct index. The C:\Mount folder must already exist and be empty.

Once mounting is completed, open C:\Mount and copy the required folder to the location where it should appear after Windows is installed. After copying, close File Explorer, 7-Zip, and any other window accessing C:\Mount.

Finally, save the changes and unmount the image:

DISM /Unmount-Image /MountDir:"C:\Mount" /Commit

Please do not interrupt the mounting or committing process. Also, let me know where you want the folder to appear after installation so I can help confirm the correct destination inside the image.
