I understand how important those deleted emails may be, especially if they contain Discord security notifications that could help you recover your account. That said, since Microsoft Q&A is just a public community forum, contributors here do not have access to your mailbox or the ability to restore your account data. In addition, I must be straight-forward:

For personal Outlook.com accounts, once emails have been removed from the Deleted Items / Recover deleted items area, there is generally no additional recovery method available to end users or Microsoft Support.

You should check the Junk Email folder and any other folders in case messages were moved instead of permanently deleted. If you wish, you can still reach out to the Support team for backend check. But be prepared that they're likely unable to restore messages that are no longer available through the Recover Deleted Items feature:

1. Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in  
2. Type in your problem > click Get Help to make request  
3. Scroll down and click Contact Support to connect to an agent 
4. Select category > continue and you should be added to a chat queue. 
5. If you don't see chat option, go through another category (e.g. Billings...) 

Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.

For your Discord account recovery, even if the emails cannot be recovered, Discord Support may still be able to verify ownership through other information such as previous email addresses, payment records, account creation details, or linked services. Good luck with your account recovery.

Because your account was compromised, I also recommend change your Microsoft account password immediately, remove any unknown recovery email addresses, phone numbers, or devices, and enable two-factor authentication, if you have not already done so.
