LinkedIn verification button unresponsive — Startups for Microsoft (Azure Portal)

I'm trying to complete my Microsoft for Startups enrollment through the Azure Portal ("Startup'lar için Microsoft" / Startups for Microsoft panel, Microsoft_Azure_Startups extension). After completing "Continue without code," I reach a screen offering "$200 Azure credit — verify with LinkedIn." Clicking the "Verify with LinkedIn" button produces no response at all — no popup window, no redirect, no error message. I confirmed this happens across multiple browsers (Safari and Chrome), with third-party tracking prevention and pop-up blocking disabled in both. The button appears to not fire any request when clicked.
