Incorrect profile picture displayed for my Hotmail account

Hello,

I am the owner of the Microsoft account ******@hotmail.com.

I changed my profile picture, and the new picture is displayed correctly in Outlook and in my Microsoft account.

However, Gmail and other email services still display an old Minecraft Creeper profile picture for my email address. This happens for everyone, not only for me, even in private/incognito mode.

It seems that an old public profile picture or cached avatar is still associated with my email address.

Could you please clear the old cached profile picture and refresh the public profile associated with my Microsoft account?

I can also provide screenshots showing that Outlook displays my new profile picture while Gmail still shows the old Minecraft Creeper image.

Since the new picture already appears correctly in Outlook.com and your Microsoft account, the Microsoft-side profile picture has been updated. Microsoft cannot clear the avatar cache used by Gmail or other third-party email providers.

If no Google Account is associated with the Hotmail address, affected Gmail recipients should search for the address in Google Contacts, including Other contacts, and remove or update any entry containing the old picture. Contact information can be saved automatically, and that pictures saved by other people in their contacts are not updated when you change your own profile.
