Microsoft account was hacked, alias changed, recovery form always rejected

Hello,

My Microsoft account was hacked 5 days ago.

The attacker changed my primary alias and security information. My original Gmail address now says "This Microsoft account doesn't exist", even though it was the original sign-in email for my account.

I have already completed the account recovery form multiple times, but it is always rejected.

I can prove that I am the real owner of the account. I have:

  • The original Gmail address that was used to create the account.
  • Microsoft security emails showing that the account information was changed.
  • Minecraft purchase receipts.
  • Microsoft Order IDs.
  • My Xbox Gamertag.
  • The payment card that was used to purchase Minecraft and other Microsoft products.
  • A Windows PC that is still linked to this Microsoft account.

However, every support option redirects me back to the automated recovery form, which keeps rejecting my request.

I am not asking anyone here to bypass Microsoft's security policies. I am asking if there is any official way to have this case reviewed, since I have substantial proof that I am the original owner but the automated system is failing.

Could a Microsoft moderator or support representative please advise me on the correct next step?

Thank you.

    Hello Enes ,

I understand how concerning it is to lose access after the primary alias and security information were changed, especially when repeated recovery requests have been rejected despite the account details and purchase records you still have.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum. Contributors cannot access account records, verify ownership, restore an alias, or escalate a recovery request internally.

Since you have already tried the recovery form several times, review Account recovery unsuccessful and then contact Microsoft Support to ask whether any additional account-security review option is available:

1, Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support

2, In the search bar provided on the page, type "Account recovery" and press Enter.

3, Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.

4, Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.

5, When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".

6, For the category, choose "Manage account security".

7, Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

8, Confirm your personal email when prompted - this is the email Microsoft will use to communicate with you during and after the support session.

9, When connected, clearly explain your situation. Be concise but include all relevant details.

Do not post receipts, card information, order IDs, email addresses, or unredacted screenshots in this public thread. Share sensitive information only through an official private support channel if an agent specifically requests it. Support options may vary by region and availability. Support agents must also follow account-security verification rules and cannot send a password-reset link or directly change account details.

I hope the live-chat route helps clarify the remaining recovery options for the account.
