22 haziranda hesabımda 1 aylık deneme süreci olan aile paketi etkinleştirdim, sonrasında deneme süresi bitmeden 1 gün önce iptal etmek istedim. 21 temmuzda hesabıma girdiğimde herhangi bir iptal seçeneği görmedim ve üyelik devamı istiyorsanız ödeme yöntemini güncelleyin yazıyordu. Ben de kendiliğinden iptal ettigini düşünerek sayfadan çıkış yaptım . 22 temmuz sabah hesabımdan para çekilmiş. Ücret iadesi talep ediyorum, zaten bu üyeliği kullanmıyorum.

Please go to the link below and follow the guidelines to cancel your subscription and to request a refund.
https://support.microsoft.com/Tr-tr/accounts-billing/subscriptions/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription

Please make sure to transfer your files if your have more than 5GB on your OneDrive as it will revert back to Free 5gb storage and everyone you have shared your subscription with will also see their storage limits reduced and lose access to other benefits.
