Microsoft Store apps do not remember window size and position after restart

Windows 11 does not properly restore the last window size and position of Microsoft Store apps after restarting the PC. Apps such as WhatsApp and ChatGPT reopen with reset window sizes and default positions instead of remembering their previous state.

Windows should remember and restore the exact size and position of Store apps between sessions.
