Microsoft 365 Personal is active in my Apple subscriptions until June 2027. Word shows error 1303 and says the purchase is linked to another Microsoft account. I need help finding the account linked to my subscription

I can see that you have encounter error 1303 in Word

Since your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is active under your Apple subscriptions, the issue is likely related to the Microsoft account that was used when the App Store purchase was first associated with Office.

Error 1303 means the App Store purchase has already been linked to a different Microsoft account. The subscription is normally associated with the Microsoft account that was signed in to Word/Office at the time the purchase was restored or activated. Here is what you can do:

1. Open Word on your Mac and sign out of the current Microsoft account.
2. Sign back in using any personal Microsoft account you may have used when the subscription was first purchased or restored.

4. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, repeat the same check with each personal account you may have used.
