My Outlook/Hotmail Email Password Is Working As A One-Time Password!

I reset my password and logged in. Then, if I log out and try to log in again, even though my email password is correct, it says "Password is incorrect!"

Your SMS login option is NOT WORKING!

I do an account recovery, verify the account, get a new password, and I can log in. But if I log out and then log in again, it says "Password is incorrect!"

And again I reset my password and log in, and if I try to log in again after logging out and back in, it says "Password is incorrect!"

I'm going crazy, what can I do to stop this?

I need to format my computer because of Windows 11 errors. I think it's being detected as a "security breach," but that's not it either, because when I try to log in and out on the same computer, the password becomes invalid!
