Our Azure Sponsorship subscription under the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program has expired, and our virtual server resources have become inaccessible.

We kindly request your urgent support on the following:

First, we ask you to temporarily reactivate our virtual server resources so that we can regain access to our environment and continue our operations.

Second, we request a short extension of the subscription period, only for a limited time, so that we can access our existing resources, review the environment, and complete the necessary transition steps.

Our plan is to continue with a paid model after regaining access. Once access is restored, we intend to proceed by converting or continuing the subscription through a payment-based option.

We would appreciate it if you could guide us on the fastest way to:

• Reactivate access to the virtual server resources
