An Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server was accidentally deleted via
resource group deletion.
All client-side recovery attempts have failed:
- Azure Portal Point-in-Time Restore
- Azure CLI (az mysql flexible-server restore)
- Azure REST API (PointInTimeRestore)
Errors include ResourceNotFound and RestoreSourceServerNotExist, because
the server is fully dropped at ARM level. There is no API or CLI to list
available restorePointInTime values for a dropped Flexible Server.
