- Press Windows + I on your keyboard.
- Go to Update & Security then Recovery.
- Under Advanced startup, click Restart now.
- Your PC will restart to a blue menu. Choose: Troubleshoot , Advanced options , Startup Settings , Restart.
- When it restarts again, you’ll see a list of options. Press:
- 4 to enable Safe Mode
