I have had the same system and hardware since 2015. To upgrade my system to Windows 11, I decided to change the hardware for a new system and installed the system. I connected the SSD on which Windows is installed to the new system without resetting it. When the system started, it gave me a warning about many device errors and unknown hardware information and a warning to activate WindowsWSI. I upgraded to Windows 11 and the problem still persists. I lost my license that I used since 2014-2025 due to a hardware change and I cannot activate it. I am looking for an urgent solution.

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?
If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?
Is it originally a Win7/8 key?
Just to make sure, is motherboard changed?

So, the SSD was taken out of the old system and just put into the new system directly? In that case, yes, it is very problematic because the hardware environment is different now, so the firmware/driver won't work. You should have do a clean install to address these issues.
As for license, Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:
slmgr /dlv

I solved my problem and my license came back!
Should I perform a reset with an ISO file because the reset option in the settings menu does not work and remains at 93%. I will provide information here after performing a clean reset. No, do a clean install,not reset. Delete all of the partitions when prompted where to install until they become unallocated space, then pick that space to install.
Does downloading Windows 11, version 25H2 (repair version) count as a clean install?
Also when I try to reset my device I get an error saying "failed to complete" and there is no error code! Also let me tell you that Windows updates are also failing to complete
You need to do a clean install.
The following steps should be done on a working Windows computer:
Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 click on the "download now" button under "Create Windows 11 Installation Media"
Run the tool and select "Create installation media for another PC."
Choose "USB flash drive" as the media to use for the installation and select "Next."
Connect a USB flash drive with at least 8 GB of free space to your computer.
Select the USB flash drive you want to use, and then select "Next."
The tool will then download the required files and create the installation media.

Now these steps will be done on your problematic computer:
Go to the computer's BIOS boot menu to have it boot from the USB drive.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 11, making sure to choose "Custom install" and select the option to delete all existing partitions.
Once the installation is complete, you'll have a clean installation of Windows 11 on your computer.

Was this originally a Windows 7, or 8 license, that later upgraded to 10, then 11?
It might be Windows 8 or Windows 7, I don't remember exactly, I'm sure there has been no change since I received my system.
I USED THE KEY provided by Windows to find my Windows key code (W269N-WFGWX-YVC9B-4J6C9-T83GX) in my last change hardware error name. I tried to ACTIVATE THIS KEY and perform various steps to find my ORIGINAL key number but I could not succeed.
As I said, everything was normal before the hardware change.
