Docker Desktop requires virtualization support to run. Contact your IT admin to enable virtualization or check system requirements." hatası ile karşılaşıyorum . Hyper-V seçeneği açılmıyor , avast antivirus'ü silmeyi denedim , Gameloop'u sildim başka bir çok uygulama var hangisi emin değilim , powershell den denedim ama hala sonuç aynı , sanallaştırma seçeneğim de açık . Hello Ahmed,

Thank you for posting question on Microsoft Windows Forum.

Based on your query of After completing the installation process for Docker Desktop on my computer and encountering the error message "Virtualization support not detected. Docker Desktop requires virtualization support to run. Contact your IT admin to enable virtualization or check system requirements." The Issue might stem from a combination of Docker Desktop failing to detect virtualization and Hyper-V not functioning properly even though you have already enabled virtualization in BIOS. You can try the following suggested troubleshooting steps.

1.Confirm Virtualization at the Hardware Level.

    • Reboot into BIOS/UEFI.
    • Make sure Intel VT-x / AMD-V (Intel Virtualization Technology / AMD SVM) is enabled.
    • Also enable Intel VT-d / AMD IOMMU if available.
    • Save changes and reboot.
    • To double-check inside Windows, open Task Manager → Performance tab → CPU. Look at the bottom-right: it should say “Virtualization: Enabled”.

    2.Enable Windows Features Manually.

    1. Open the Windows Features Dialog:
      • Press Win + R, type optionalfeatures.exe, and press Enter.
      • Alternatively, search for "Turn Windows features on or off" in the Start Menu.
    2. Enable the Required Features:
      • In the list that appears, find and check the following boxes:
      • Hyper-V (This will auto-select all its sub-components)
      • Windows Hypervisor Platform
      • Virtual Machine Platform
      • Click OK.
    3. Restart: Windows will apply the changes and will require a restart. Allow it to restart only once.
    4. After the restart, try launching Docker Desktop again.

    3.Investigating Software Conflicts.

    1. Check msinfo32**:** Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and press Enter.
    2. Look at the System Summary page on the right. Find the line for "Hyper-V - Required Security Properties".
      • If it says "Firmware virtualization support has been enabled but is not being used by Hyper-V. Some Hyper-V functionality may not be available." or something similar, this confirms that a hypervisor is already running on the system, blocking Hyper-V. This is almost always a driver from one of the software types listed above.
      • Then try to identify and uninstall the software that is causing the hypervisor to load.

4.Make Sure Windows Edition Supports Hyper-V.

    • Hyper-V is only available on:
      • Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, Education
      • Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, Education
    • If you’re on Windows Home, Docker Desktop will only work with WSL2 backend, not Hyper-V. In that case, you must:
      1. Install WSL2 via the PowerShell command: wsl --install
      2. Set Docker to use WSL2 backend instead of Hyper-V (in Docker Desktop → Settings).

Hope the above information is helpful!
