Windows 11 mouse stutter - lag.

Hello guys, i got mouse stutter and lag issue on windows 11. When i open nvidia geforce panel the cursor is stuttering as you can see on this video(watch 0.5). Or when i close a game this issue still appears(when i close a game the cursor sttuttering like 2 sec).

My graphic card : Nvidia rtx 3060.

My processor : Amd 5 5600.
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1555 .

that confirms there is a problem with that Nvidia Experience software, or the Nvidia drivers or a hardware issue with your graphics card.

    Thank you for the screenshot, you have downloaded the installation assistant, you did not download the Windows 11 ISO from that link.
