Windows 11 mouse stutter - lag.

Hello guys, i got mouse stutter and lag issue on windows 11. When i open nvidia geforce panel the cursor is stuttering as you can see on this video(watch 0.5). Or when i close a game this issue still appears(when i close a game the cursor sttuttering like 2 sec).

My graphic card : Nvidia rtx 3060.

My processor : Amd 5 5600.
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1555 .

that confirms there is a problem with that Nvidia Experience software, or the Nvidia drivers or a hardware issue with your graphics card.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

As a first step, completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Is the stuttering only happening after you close a game or accessing the Nvidia Control Panel?
