My Outlook.com account cannot receive emails from multiple business domains since November 6, 2026.

All senders receive this error:

550 5.7.1 Message rejected: Message lacks SPF/DKIM/DMARC Auth Records (AS9031519)

I can receive emails from personal Gmail accounts, and I can send emails normally.

My mailbox storage is only 3.4 GB out of 15 GB.

Please investigate whether this is a Microsoft-side inbound email filtering or authentication enforcement issue.

Please escalate this issue to the Outlook.com technical team.

    Hello,

I've been seeing a sudden increase in reports from other users experiencing this same issue. I suspect this may be an emerging issue on Microsoft's side, although I haven't seen any official confirmation yet.

However, this is not an issue you can fix on your end. Senders need to make sure their SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly configured.

If they are already configured correctly, but their emails are still being rejected when sending to Outlook.com or Hotmail.com users, they need to submit a report through Microsoft's sender support form. This will help bring the issue to Microsoft's attention. But senders need to do this, not you as a recipient.
