Recover microsoft account

My microsoft account (@gmail.com) got hack and i try recover with the microsoft tools and got account back but sadly the account in family safety ( family member) it was bond with other account already so when i login to it, it need parent concent but it was organizer, and the tools in microsoft support dont have the option to fix. I leave this too long already about a years already cause i dont know how to fix that time but now i try to recover. As it was my email username so i wanted it back. Additional i try to use second email (@gmail.com) but to surprise it was a member of (******@gmail.com) even though i can login to ******@gmail.com but i cant log to ******@gmail.com casue it got hack and replace with other consent. Can you help me with this issue cause the name was my emails name and it been used for along time already.
