Microsoft account hacked and alias changed

My Microsoft account was compromised.

My original sign-in email was: kko*****@gmail.com

Now verification codes are being sent to an unknown Russian email address ending in: ar*****@mail.bioluminemail.ru

My original Gmail is no longer recognized by Microsoft recovery tools, but my Windows PC still shows the account and requests verification for the hacked address.

I previously purchased Minecraft and Xbox Game Pass on this account.

I believe the attacker changed the primary alias and removed my original sign-in email.

I need this case escalated to a human Microsoft account recovery agent.
