Hi Nipa, are all 3 PCs signed in to the same Outlook account in Outlook for Windows classic?

Microsoft supports changing the display name per Outlook profile. This shows in the From field, while the email address stays the same.

On each PC:

• Open Outlook

• Click File

• Click Account Settings, then Account Settings

• Select the account

• Click Change

• Edit Your Name, for example Nipa Sales

• Finish setup

Recipients will see the updated name next to the email address. For clear tracking, I would suggest separate user accounts instead of sharing one account.
