I really need some advice. A few days ago, my Microsoft account was hacked. I found out because when I tried to log in, it asked for verification from an email I didn't recognize.
Luckily, I managed to get my account back! I've already secured everything turned off the password, enabled 2FA, and added multiple recovery methods. But here’s the problem "My Minecraft account is missing"
When I try to log in to the launcher, it says "account not found." On the Minecraft website, my profile name has been changed to something totally random. I've owned this account for over 7 years and I migrated it to Microsoft as soon as they announced it.
I'm think the hacker changed my Primary Alias and somehow "moved" my Minecraft license to their own email.
Is it possible for Support to track the history and move the license back to my original email? I've been playing on this ID for 7 years and I really don't want to lose it.
Any tips on what to tell Support since I can't find my 7-year-old transaction ID? Thanks!
(Recently, hackers took over my account on the Hypixel skyblock server and removed my friends off the island. Including selling my friend's things in the market. I feel very sorry for my friends.)
