I need assistance accessing my BitLocker Recovery Key as my account is temporarily locked.

My other Microsoft account is inaccessible:

Due to a change in my account security information (from an old phone number to a new email address), I have been temporarily unable to log in for 30 days.

However, I urgently need access to my BitLocker Recovery Key as my computer is locked and unusable.

Could you please investigate and, if my identity can be verified, unlock or grant access to the Recovery Key before the 30-day period expires?
