ช่วยปลดล็อค Repassword ให้หน่อยค่ะ ไม่สามารถลง MS Office ได้ค่ะ

Thank you for getting back to me, I would like to know is this a work/school or personal account? Try to open in in Incoginito mode if you were using Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N or for Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N. Go to https://aka.ms/resetpassword and try resetting the password again other than this be sure your using the correct Username / Email.

Thank you for getting back to me I understand you were still getting the error “not enough data” it means that it couldn’t verify your identity using the recovery information currently on your account like the phone number, alternative email etc. Can you please confirm if you were using a personal or work/ school account?
